  2. Some people experience nausea and even vomiting when riding in an airplane, automobile, or amusement park ride, and this is called motion sickness. Many people experience motion sickness when riding on a boat or ship, and this is called seasickness even though it is the same disorder.

  3. For motion sickness or sea sickness: Do not skip eating before diving. An empty stomach can be almost as bad as one with the wrong types of food in it. Give your stomach acids something to work on other than your well-being. Give your stomach time to begin digesting you meal. Get up a little earlier if you must to eat relaxed and an hour or more before going out on the water.† Don't overeat and get bloated either.† Easy does it.

Most serve it pickled with sushi, hand rolls, and other of their dishes.
